5. Rigid plastic crusher can be easily disassembled. It's convenient to exchange color masterbatch and raw material, and clean the equipment.

6. This plastic processing machine is designed with double-level structure and acoustic materials. The idle noise is smaller than 80dB.

Please select the suitable standard voltage according to different national voltage requirements of different countries.

The standard material of the cutter is 9SiCr (alloy tool steel). Cr12MoV, SKD-11 can be selected.

Customers can order nonstandard equipment such as mute type crusher, automatic feed and roller type crusher, typically used for broken plates type crushers and food/medicine grade crushers.

Rigid plastic recycling grinder machine can be equipped with automatic feeding devices, crush automatic recovery devices, metal detectors and so on.

Configurations
1. Electromechanical part: Dongguan Motor (YE3 the secondary energy consumption), Schneider and Zhengtai Electic (Devices of assigned brands can be installed).

2. Different materials of the cutters should be selected according to different materials which will be crushed: 9SiCr (alloy tool steel), Cr12MoV, SKD-11.

3. The materials of the screen mesh: high quality carbon steel plates whose thickness is 5mm (aperture Ø4-12mm). Stainless steel screen can also be selected.
